Payment

• Please, use the correct email address & send the exact amount when making payments, you will NOT be refunded & your product will NOT be delivered.
• Never send payments to any support member; doing so may result in scams.
• No refunds or replacements will be issued if our account becomes locked or inaccessible.
• All payments must be made in €os (€).
• Products or refunds will not be provided if you violate our terms.
• Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. All sales are final

Social Boost

• Platform detection of botting may cause drops (rare); we do not delete your social boosts—this is controlled by the platform.
• Delivery times may vary; we strive to deliver as quickly as possible.

Accounts

• Account duration may end earlier than specified.
• Warranty applies only if a review is left.
• No refunds or replacements are available if a revoke wave occurs.
• We do not revoke accounts; revocations are performed by official sources (e.g., Spotify).
• Revocations on streamable accounts (eg. Netflix) really often. Do not expect an account to work for life.

Discord

• Nitro subscriptions themselves may be revoked; warranty details are always specified.
• Server boosts may also be revoked by discord.
• We aren't responsible for real members to leave.

Applies to All Products

• Some products may use “fake stock,” and delivery times may be extended (very rare).
• If you have the delivery "Open a ticket." or similar, make sure to open a ticket or contact us within 3 days, otherwise your order will not be delivered due to security purposes.
• If you leave a vouch after a revocation, no replacement will be provided; vouches must be made beforehand.
• Replacements may take an unlimited amount of time, as we rely on our suppliers.
• If you are unsure about any product or have questions not answered in the product description, please contact support.
• Warranty details are usually specified in the product description; if none are provided, no warranty applies.
• If our supplier fails to deliver a product, no refunds or replacements will be issued. (We may still offer you a replacement)
• Replacements are provided only by our suppliers; we do not directly provide replacements.
• Warranties may expire if our supplier exit-scams or encounters other issues.
• Warranty may change at any time.
• All orders and services may experience delays for various reasons.
• Please verify the product status on the official website before purchase, especially for software products.
